Mark McDaniel introduced Staci Mirau. It wouldn’t matter what Staci was doing or selling, you have to look no further than her bloodline to understand the commitment and type of business woman she is. Mark tries to learn what gets people out of bed in the morning. When Staci’s father is not talking about business, he is talking about her! It’s been really neat to hear so much about her and then get to step into her salon and experience exactly what she does; it is more than cutting hair, she is a little therapist!
Staci was born in Greenville; a Texas girl at heart. Her Dad is one of the best coaches in the country, Mike Mirau, and her Mom is Tami Mirau. She is an only child, a Daddy’s girl, and he is her best friend. Her boyfriend is Joey and they have been together for 7 months. Staci has a new puppy named Drago (from Rocky IV). She graduated from Berkner High School in 2001 where she was a squad leader and member of the Mighty Ram Band. Staci played clarinet for 12 years and swam competitively for 10 years. Swimming and band were both a large part of her life and helped her learn leadership skills.
Over the last ten years, Staci has worked as a graphic designer at a small print company in Richardson, designing funeral programs for the state of Texas, working with the funeral homes and families directly. She did the programs after the West fertilizer plant exploded and for the five officer that were killed almost a year ago. It was an honor and a privilege to be able to do that for them. Her Grandfather passed away in 2014, and she evaluated what she was doing and felt she could do more and have more ministry working one-on-one with people. She went to school part-time at Ogle Beauty School while working full-time. Staci graduated in July 2016, ranked 7th in her class and voted most likely to succeed.
In August 2016, Staci had surgery and almost died, but came through by the grace of God! Staci officially opened her salon in October and has about 65 clients so far! Her salon is located in the Firewheel Salons across the street from Dillards. Staci does makeup as well as hair, including working with brides. Her shop is designed so she can be personal with everyone who is there. Staci loves doing hair, customizing and highlights. Yesterday, she worked with a client with long hair who has breast cancer and cut off all her hair and donated it to Locks of Love to pay-it-forward. For kids, Staci has a booster seat and Netflix for their entertainment.
PROMOTION: Free hair cut for First Responders and active military. Their families and veterans receive a 10% discount on all services.
Whether you want a complete transformation or just a haircut, Staci is there for you! She is there by appointment and if you can’t come to her, she will come to you (home or office) with her mobile salon! She will stay later than any stylist you know!
