DEA Meeting: Keller Williams Residential

Braden Howell introduced Barbara and Scott Scribner.  Whether you call it "domicile", "home base", "crib" or "headquarters", they all refer to your home.  Braden said there is no one more qualified to help you with the purchase of a home!  Braden was honored to have them as their Realtors when his family sold their home and he really appreciated all the work they did to help his family when his in-laws relocated to the area!

Barbara is from Beaumont and Scott is from Dallas.  They met at UT and have been married 36 years, which Braden said is truly a testament to Barbara's ability to handle difficult customers!  Scott was a commercial banker and Barbara was a Category Analyst for Kimberly-Clark; they started full-time in Real Estate in 1993.  They have served on several boards and currently serve on the Keller Williams Luxury International Board of Directors.  They have received many awards, including multiyear winners of Texas Monthly Five Star Best Realtors in North Texas!  When not serving their clients, Barbara and Scott like skiing, hiking, cycling, golf....anything in the mountains of Colorado.  Barbara is very good at singing and Scott is very good in supporting her singing!

Whether marketing a luxury home, starter home, investments, moving up or down, or anything in between, Barbara and Scott offer attention to service and appreciate the relationships they build with their clients.  The Scribner Team includes Scott and Barbara, as well as Sarah, Sommer, Trina, and Kim.

There are many reasons people buy or sell, but the common theme is that it is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their lifetime.  The process involves a lot of steps but they will help navigate it to make sure everything goes smoothly!  Barbara shared the....

Turning Leads into Customers

Turning Leads Into Customers

Leads can only turn into sustainable business when you create a relationship from those leads!  All relationships are based on being able to connect.  The art of the conversation and how you present yourself always creates the connection and builds the bridge that engenders trust, and psychological safety.  This training is developed to help you learn how to influence at a deeper level, master your verbal and non-verbal communication, establish trust and build unconscious rapport and credibility.  Through these little known techniques, you will learn how to build unconscious rapport and influence that engenders trust, builds credibility that earns the sale.

Here is a small portion of what we will learn:

• How to establish unconscious rapport.

• Identifying and selling to values.

• How to use voice tonality, tempo and key words effectively.

• Eye patterns and what they reveal.

• How to displace resistance.

• Learn the five archetypes of influence in body language.

• Learn how to identify key words and phrases that reveal a person’s values and so much more.

Enroll now as spaces are limited.  You will walk out of this training with more knowledge about the art of influence than you have ever been exposed to before.   It will be a powerful experience to learn little known information about the one subject that drives all our success: our communication and our ability to influence.

It is November 14th from 10:00am – 2:00pm at Preferred Business Solutions training room at 1701 W. Walnut Hill Lane, Irving, 75038.  The cost is $125.00 and lunch will be provided.  For Registration contact: Dianna at or 214-528-1082.

If you require additional information call Gary De Rodriguez at 972-998-0928.
