Rob Eads introduced Mark Kinser. When Mark came and did some painting on Rob’s house, Rob really appreciated that Mark sat down and talked through the colors and the process. Rob’s Mother joked that their home was decorated as early Halloween, so color help was great! Mark is a true professional; people who do this cheaper, use cheaper products!
Mark thanked those who contributed to this presentation through their teamwork with clients or as Mark’s clients. He especially thanked Julie Grant with Julie Grant Interiors, Randy Herman with Cornerstone Chem-Dry, the Scribner Team with Keller Williams Residential, Vinnie and Jennifer Blakeney, Ted Biggers, and Steve Wilson with A-Star Plumbing.
Mark emphasized the importance of the Remarkable Painting values: people, process, perks, praises and partners. Those are the fundamentals of every business. The people at Remarkable Painting have over 236-years combined experience. They served 293 customers and completed 353 jobs last year. Ninety-five percent of their business is repeat or referral!
Their staff is what makes their organization successful. Brady started with them about 5 years ago as a college intern and is the Sales Manager. Holly started 16 years ago as a college intern and still does their books. Mark has been in the business a little over 20 years. Karmen has been with them 5 or 6 years, is in charge of special programs and runs the “Seeds of Greatness” intern program. His foremen have been with him a long time and he carefully selects his crews, the people who leave a lasting impression with his clients.
Your customers look to you for the relationship that you want to build with them. If you churn and burn people in your organization, you probably churn and burn customers.
