DEA Meeting; Preferred Business Solutions

Ron Schulz called his office administrator to ask about their experience with Preferred Business Solutions.  The response he got was “What did you do?”  She said, Preferred Business Solutions is amazing!  They are the best; if I need anything, there are there!

Cynthia Oliver grew up in West Texas and moved to a suburb of Fort Worth in High School.  Her High School colors were orange and black and their mascot was the Fighting Porcupines!  Cynthia was her school’s mascot her senior year!  The latest addition to her family is Brew, a mini Australian Shepherd!

Cynthia is the Account Manager: you tell me and it gets done!  She is responsible for the account, order delivery, billing processes, inventory management.  She can bring in Manufacturer Reps for product demos.  My focus:  how can I support your company?

Online tools include ordering, order history, strategic favorites list, approvals, and mobility app.  Their market-based pricing typically saves customers about 10%.  Cynthia has analysis tools which can help her clients manage their budget and spend, including by branch or by department.  Preferred Business Solutions has a Reward Points loyalty program for ordering online.  With referrals, the referring company gets matching reward points forever!

Cynthia’s target market is companies with 20-200 employees.  She often works with the Vendor Relationship Manager, Procurement, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Legal Administrator.  If the company has their corporate headquarters in Texas, that is great!  Great “A” leads for her are businesses like this outside the DEA.  Great “B” leads are all DEA members.  Great “C” leads are continuing business of all kinds!
