Barbara ScribnerScott ScribnerKevin Taylor introduced Barbara and Scott Scribner.  Kevin has known them their entire real estate career.  He is proud of the business they have built and who they are as individuals.  The Scribner’s are sincere and care about their clients.  The people he has referred to them felt like they were the Scribner’s only  client, and received tremendous value!  They have received many awards, including Texas Monthly Five Star Professionals!  When not serving their clients, Barbara and Scott like visiting Colorado, enjoying the outdoors.

The Scribner Team works with luxury homes, starter homes, and anything in between!  They offer attention to service and appreciate the relationships they build with their clients.  The Scribner Team includes Scott and Barbara, as well as Sarah, Sommer, Trina, and Kim.

Barbara and Scott understand that a home sale or purchase is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their lifetime.  The process involves a lot of steps but, like an airline pilot, they navigate the process to make sure everything goes smoothly!  Barbara shared the 3 P’s of Marketing:  Presentation, Promotion, and Price.  She showed us several examples where editing, painting, staging and professional photography made an amazing difference in the presentation.  “92% of buyers start their search online and we want them to see the house at its best and be drawn in.”  The Scribner Team promotes homes with a Facebook fan page, YouTube video, domain name registration, and custom web site.  Open House marketing videos are an added dimension in marketing.

Scott Shared about price: in the end, “price fixes everything!”  Some Realtors “buy” listings by telling the seller what they want to hear, but when the price is too high and it doesn’t sell, they are disappointed.  Price is one of the most important aspects of a listing.  The Scribner Team tracks their showings and gets feedback from other Realtors who have shown the property.  The market is dynamic and the feedback helps them know what is happening.
